Clearing tourists after max level?

I mean on your own time, not at the 4 hour mark. EXAMPLE:
you clear the town at 8pm. You want to go to bed at 10pm. You have 2 hours of tourists to clear. How do you clear them easily with the above posted conditions?

It's just 2 hours of tourists, don't stress about it. If anything do a quick scan around your town and you'll probably easily find 5-10 of them.

The ONLY way to do it under your conditions is to hunt each one down individually.

Save your tourist information center clear for just before you go to sleep. In your example you have a full town at 8pm, and you scan around quickly clicking on 40 of 80 tourists. Then at 10pm you use your tourist information center clear netting a total of 120 tourists.
