Did you get that info from an online support person? Because that's basically what I was told too. In my experience, they don't always know what they're talking about though. In the past with common glitches, I've had to keep bugging them until them gave me my donuts, even though it was a widespread problem.

Many have asked and recieved this news so thats why they stopped giving donuts via support on this cause otherwise there would be even more people with 20 donuts instead of 10 and we cant have that can we EA
