Just did a chat session with EA - credited me 10 donuts, took maybe 3 minutes.. No wait time at all to connect to a rep.

I just contacted them and was told they're fixing it and to wait 24 hours. if they don't show up after that then I've to get back in touch

I contacted them, and they didn't credit me. They just said they're working on a fix.

They didn't see any donuts missing from my account...so, no community prize for me.
