Connection Issue
Unable to log back into game. Lost my connection to EA and can’t log into my account. Tried reinstalling my game but that didn’t resolve my problem. Keep getting an error “an error occurred processing the login. please retry”.

I think this is BS! I am able to get on my secondary game but not my main one.
If it is indeed maintenance why didn’t EA give us advance notice that we would not be able to connect? Oh wait, that would have made sense, not something EA would have thought of!- Boo urns. :(
- This is so irritating right near the end of the Bar Royal event. EA should consider that our event currency will be lost as a result of not being able to log in. I really hope we all get lots of donuts!
- Just checked their twitter again. EA reported all fixed but replies say that Simpson’s still not working.
I’m still not able to get in :( - Give us free donuts EA for inconvenience. :)
- Now the network is available but still ll can t connect as a mistake occurs in verifying my password.
- Imagine if we got to log in and then all our towns were gone again.
- What we need is more threads about the same thing. 20 isnt enough!

Ive been fine the whole time. I do sympathize with everyone though, anyone who has played this game for long has been through this- Woke up at 3 which was reset. It is now 11:27 in the morning and I have not logged in all day. That's 8 hours and 27 minutes.
