Consumerism is still at 4.5 stars

What ratting is holding you back? Ive been using coffee carts to boost gluttony, still behind on quests,i am level 30, and have plenty of consumerism buildings to go

EDIT: :oops: im a little buzzed and just got home from a long days work, didnt realize the title specifically said consumerism.

Already have all Squidport buildings and 3 KEM 2KB and 2 GNB. refuse to have any more than that and never had a problem having 5 stars until Squidport hit.
