Thank you very much, you are quite welcome! I really appreciate your comment because I posted this fully aware that a lot of people do already know but that there are just as many if not more who don't. Its a very helpful way of determining your bonus.

I find it very frustrating and rude when people who know find it necessary to post about how it's old news as if they think it's not useful to anybody else.

EDIT: To be clear, I'm not talking about anyone posting in this topic thus far :) I do know it's inevitable some people (cough josh) Will. I certainly knew that a lot of people know already but like what was posted above, It's not universally known and repeating it helps others find out and manage their strategies better.
