I doubt much more than 200, as it is not a really classic (or at least popular) building/character, but you never know.

EA knows how to price things (generally, not always). The Bowlerama is mega-expensive because people like Barney. I don't think anyone gives a flying hoot about Mr. Costington. I predict 90 donuts or maybe even not even available at all. No interest in the character or the store.
