Will any of these crafting prizes have IGC or XP bonus percentages after the event? If not, I shall focus my energy in the chalets and cottages since they produce IGC

no one knows what, if any, will be given a bonus. If they do, its usually a few years before they do.

Aside from the famous wailing walls, most of the stuff that turns into bonus% years later is prize track stuff. That has been my experience anyway.

I'm with you though, I'm only crafting chalets.

I craft one of each. Then extras of what i want. Which will be income buildings.
