Daily Challenges - Task allowances/locked tasks

hi, started to do my daily challenges today thinking i could at least do roughly 5 tasks.
however after compleleting 1 four hour task the daily challenges are locked for another 24hours.
i have also have two locked task windows, not sure how these become unlocked.

Every day you get 1 mission once it's completed you need to wait another 24 hours. You can have 3 tasks opened in total. That's why there are 2 other task windows
