242 per day... at 9 per task... and 5 players at 16 hours... and 5 at 8 hours... well, that cant be done, unless im missing something. 242 is 27 jobs per day going on... im not sure what sort of clock the game uses, but a real clock has 24 hours.. 16 does not go into 24 more than 1 time.

Well that was to craft it before phase 1 ends. It turns out crafting lasts the entire event so you have plenty of time to get all the buildings.
