Deciding between two premiums...

For me? Cracker factory. Luann has a good quest and some great tasks, and it unlocks fleet-a-pita. The building is considered kind of boring, but it turned into one of my favorite designs in my town.

I passed on the ski lift, not sure it's worth the donuts. Still pondering brewery because I don't know where to put it, but I'd like it someday.
