Have all three. I'd have to go with the cracker factory. Great 12 and 24-hr tasks, fleetapita, premium task for Kirk.
Duffman is cool but his best task is at the stadium, if you don't have that then I'd say save your money until he's on sale.
Sexy Flanders has a great 12hr task with homer and has a visible 24hr task riding the lift, but I go with characters over skins. The lift is decent if you've got a spot and if you've got a big town the 4% multiplier is nice.
