Designing the surgery...

I am work at the moment so cant play the game :( I will post a pic when i get home, i havent done much with my surgery gave it a couple of parking spaces and put a fence round the building....oooo exciting I know lol :mrgreen:

on the topic of the hospital, i put mine by itself (but in close proximity to the biergarten . didnt want to keep it by the family practice...the drive to and from the hospital is that moment of clarity and relaxation for my hospital staff.
