Didn't get Mexican Duffman! Help!

Question

My gf recently got the Mexican Duffman bundle from the YearBook MB, she received the brewery, duffman, and the duffwoman outfit, but not mexican duffman...

Is this a glitch or do you obtain him through one of duffman/duffwoman's quests? Very confused :(
