If you don't tap them for the money... do it for the XP. If you're that rich, you're probably looking at bonus levels. Cash accumulates fast... donuts don't.
Personally? I didn't house farm, so I'm still a long way from being "too rich" despite being Level 33. Having $15 mil you can't spend is a problem I'm gonna guess is had largely by people who house/multiplier farmed to speed up the game, and are now sad that they sped it up too much.
