I wish Hugo had some nice, happy quests. I've given his house flowers, some playground stuff and a bench so his grandpa will visit. Any doable nice temp quests, he's there!
I generally don't care too much about what my characters are doing, but I do have a soft spot for Hugo. Any group task that is available that includes him I make sure that he is included. It would be nice for him to have at least one happy task.
