I have a trick or treater at my house (I know this because it says he is one). But he first just walked into my house and then went outside… The only option I had was to greet him and after that just sing/complain about Halloween. How does one give out treats?

I find the option appears when they ring the doorbell. Wonder what went wrong in this case.

They should ring the bell, and you will have an option to trick or treat. Unless you have a bowl of candy on your lot, then they will just help themselves. And if the candy is indoors, they will walk right in and take a piece of candy from the bowlI will sometimes put the bowl out by the front door on a little table if I don't feel like greeting them. Was this your only trick/treater to visit?

I will sometimes put the bowl out by the front door on a little table if I don't feel like greeting them. Was this your only trick/treater to visit?

There is no physical doorbell. Trick or treaters just automatically do this.

I have seasons, and have never seen Trick or Treaters in my life!! I don't know why I'm so gutted about this, but I am lol.

You may need to add a Spooky Day holiday to your calendar. I don't think it comes preset like Winterfest, New Year's Eve, Love Day, and Harvest Fest. But the traditions are there for it. Same with Bunny Day.
