So? A house spitting out a very small cash amount ( which most players don't even need anymore ) is worth 180 donuts with 1 character? My point is you say that 175 donuts each for Sean and Bobbins is too much, but 180 for Cat Lady is ok?

Getting a house and a character for 180 is much better than getting a character for 175. Sure the money you make isn't a big deal, but having a new building to add to your building game is.
