EA purposely kept the odds insurmountable. They waited to the end of the event when people were getting anxiety over whether they were going to get what they wanted to not. He comes EA in and put golden eggs up for sale with doughnuts trying to act like the hero.
Nothing but a well played out money grab EA.
It is worse than that ... Unless you know this gold eggs for sale was in the code from the start, always intended to trigger today, right. That's why we didn't get an "update" on our screen when we signed in. This wasn't EA acting like the hero. This was even worse. This was EA pretending to act like the hero.
And a lot of people seem to have fallen for it and bought the eggs.
That's what I fear.
As someone wrote in another thread: EAs revenue is way up.
So many of us spent far mote money than usual on this event.
So many of us visited their town far more often than usual. (I changed my 8 hour rhythm to 4 hours in order to get all the carrots).
So many of us stayed longer per visit just to tap one more bunny.
How can EA not regard this event as a roaring success?
They will see it as a success no doubt unfortunately for most of us.
