Donut Factory didn't give me donuts today!😲😦😢

Question

Donuts were rady so I tapped the Donut Factory.  The donuts came out.  No donuts were added on to my pile!  I know the amount I started with because I'm writting down the total each time I get them because I could have sworn it actually subtracted them one day.  Server didn't crash today yet.  I will be contacting EA.

I've been kinda having the opposite problem.  They show up on my "pile" when I tap them like they're supposed to, then when I sync with neighbors or log back in later the six are gone.  Weird.

There are many things not syncing correctly lately, that fix themselves next time around.  It's been going on for a while, which is what's making me think they have hardware issues still to be resolved back at EA.  I've been visiting the friend's screen then returning to my town, to force the synchro to run again.  Been working for me.
