To be fair, the multiplier and almost 7 number daily income are huge and this possibly made the employee jump to a conclusion (which he/she shouldn't have done either way).You could always contact EA again in an attempt to regain your lost donuts. It was the "specialists" that took a quick look at my numbers and my donut purchase history, which is zero, and just dismissed me as a cheater. If I was a cheater, I would give myself a higher conform of meter multiplier than 1100%. If the "specialist" would have taken the time to look at my history, they would see that I didn't get my high numbers overnight. It was a slow gradual climb. Back when level 60 hit, I bought the collider for 24 hrs, and only got to use it for 20 or 30 minutes before game locked up for the balance of the time I had on XP collider. Contacted EA multiple times to try and get reimbursed on my 5 donuts. Gave me the run around every time.

I can only assume that it is possible to obtain the multiplier and amounts if you've been around since the game for a long time. I haven't been around as long as a lot of people on the forum here and I probably get 1 million a day and have a multiplier of over 200%. I've probably bought less than 20% of the donuts I've spent in game. I feel you on the outcome of the support request. It shouldn't matter if you bought the donuts or earned them. They have logs that show when donuts are spent and how many and would be able to see that you don't have the thing they were spent on. That in and of itself should be sufficient for them to correct the situation. The "specialist" and the rep you spoke to directly should know what the game is capable of producing in both donuts and cash to someone willing to put in the effort to minimize their real world income spent on the game. How much you spent on the game is meaningless after all it is a free game. Personally I would report both the specialist and the rep you spoke with for misconduct as they should not treat thrifty players as cheaters.

If I were bringing in any where close to that, I wouldn't have even risked contacting them over 25 donuts. Safest thing you can do when you have a system is keep your head down and move on.

So much for all your hot air about supporting the game. I hit 929 to satisfy my own obsessive nature and I guess technically I could probably play for free - if I wanted to put 3 or 4 hours a day into grinding out donuts. Honestly, my time is worth way more than that, so I just bought a boatload of donuts to make sure I can get everything I want from the rest of the event.

Platinum scratchers are coming up. I know I'll buying at least two. You might want to pick up a couple too. If you don't, you might want to invest in a cool, refreshing six pack of stfu.

Lame man, just lame.

Im not grinding to my potential, i have spent a sizeable amount (not a blue whale amount, maybe a whale shark amount? maybe baby whale amount?)

Ive also been spreading myself thin with SH, land expansions and Aspirationals, need 200k more in SH and 30 million in game cash for Land + Aspirationals then ill grind away.

Point is, its a single player game, donuts are not transferable your not some player grinding for donuts then selling your account to third parties on the Hong Kong Blackmarket so at worst your doing something in between:
Counting cards and Betting on ALL the horses in a race.

Sure your not supporting the game with cash but you are supporting it with your constant playing, its that word of mouth from a real player that can not be compared to the 5 Star reviews of 500 Spam bots (nor will it be purged during monthly maintenance)

It is a tad annoying that EA gets mad at you for finding a $20 bill on the floor, lucky you!

Im a paying people and i think its fair ( a bit on the obsessive devoted side, but fair), its fair as long as your NOT using third party software and then selling your account in Black Markets, otherwise your in the wrong forum.

Maybe if you would read carefully, you will see that this thread was not about asking for sympathy, but rather a warning to freemium players that farm donuts. This has been discussed many times times already, this is a freemium game, so there will be some non paying members, it is to be expected. Although I did not buy donuts for my game, I have bought iTunes and Google Play cards and given them as gifts to other players. If EA said they only provide support to paying accounts, I could live with that, but I resent being called a cheater because I am farming donuts instead of buying them.

You remind me of that poster that said people that got locked out of their accounts when level 60 was released deserved it because they got 1000 donuts, played the game the "wrong" way, took advantage of a glitch, and deprived EA of money. Maybe you should apply for a job in the casino gaming industry, since you probably think that blackjack card counters are cheaters, because they used their brains and figured out how to beat the casino. Going by your logic, those card counters probably deserve to get beaten and robbed of their winnings in the parking lot, and casino security should not even bother to look at the surveillance footage to catch the perpetrators.

There are glitches in the game that could potentially cost anyone premium currency. It would be good for everyone if problems like this get fixed. It is bad for everyone if these glitches are allowed to continue because EA decides calling the OP a cheater is more important then fixing the game.

It is also good if these problems are reported, regardless if the person reporting the issue is premium, freemium or an extremely strategic freemium player.
