Donut purchase

I know that no one on here can fix this but was wondering if anyone else had the same issue and it's just a waiting game for a patch of if I need to get onto EA support, what is happening is I went to purchase the Store full of donuts and got the errors "You already own this item", I've tried to purchase the donut pack via 3 different devices and logged out, cleared cache, logged back in and still the same, I'm pretty sure that I have purchased the same pack last time the similar offers was offered so maybe that's causing the issue.

    Definitely a issue with that item as it will allow me to purchase the smaller and larger donut items but not the Store full, must be something to do with me purchasing the same pack last year (well I think it was last year) to get the 900 donuts and tokens for the items, dropped EA aa email so will see what happens.
    EDIT : after receiving two response emails from EA support I have come to the conclusion that they can't read.

    Support didn't manage to fix the problem for me, at multiple emails they decided that they could not help that way and suggested that I use telephone or instant messaging instead, after explaining to them again about my problem and telling them what I had already tried to fix the problem at my end they and when they finally understood that I couldn't purchase a particular product rather than had made a purchase and the item had not shown up there answer was to link me to a trouble shooting FAQ that didn't help at all as it contained nothing that I hadn't already tried, after going through the FAQ I contacted support via messenger again but this time they said that they could do nothing and would forward my account to the developer for them to look at, maybe they'll have it fixed in time for next year's Black Friday event.
