Try various things to get it back, like hard quitting the app, logging out of origin and in again(multiple times), reinstall the app, clearing the cache memory?

Have not. If brewery is still there I wouldn't worry there's been a lot of glitches with characters and outdoor tasks lately. I'd guess he just wandered off.
