I would go with the courthouse u money & xp from the jobs & the building

Personally i would buy the Limited Item 1st Being this is limited and has taken ages for this car to be brought back into the game, who knows if it will ever return! When it 1st appeared it was a very thought after item and has been ever since for people who didnt have it. The courthouse will always be there for a later purchase.

For the love of God, get the Duff Racer!!!! Anything limited you should get, the Courthouse will always be there, but the Racer won't! Some People have gone almost a year and a half having missed out on it the first time.

the duff racer is limited and might not come back for a year or never againthe courthouse is not going anywhere..anything that's limited buy it first as you never know when they are going to release it again anything like the courthouse will be there forever

Definitely the Duff Racer!!If you're level 38, you should have at least 49 characters already, and even with a minimal multiplier should be earning $80k or so a day (assuming you're not doing just 24hr tasks). Get the limited time item, wait a few days and then buy the Courthouse. The only thing it'll "cost" you is a few days of being patient, and it's always going to be there for when you get enough cash.

I'm in a similar situation. I'm level 32 but around level 24 with the quests and the buildings. Which means i don't have a lot of cash flowing around..I was thinking: is it worth to stop everything and collect the money for the car? To gather 250k$ i have to stop building things for the main quests for a while, how long the car will stay in the game?Right now a new building with a character costs around 50k, that means with the money for the car i could get pretty far..but still, limited time only..(homer-face :Q__)Thanks for the advice :)

I was kinda hoping that i could have bought another Duff Racer when this came out but unfortunately it was only available for the people who didnt have it already, if i could have bought it again i would have bought loads specially as it a cash sale price

Yes, that was pretty nice of EA to make it available for in game cash. We know they read these forums and they would have known that people have been crying out for the return of the Duff Racer for a loooooooong time, so they could easily have made it a donut only purchase.

Hat's off to EA.

Did you already have a Duff Racer? If so, you won't be able to purchase another one. If not, trying force closing the game in the app section of your phone/tablet and then re-start. It should be at the end of the decorations menu.

So glad I saw this thread. It didn't tell me there was something new in the decorations so I didn't know it was available. Snatched it up. Not going to miss out like I did with the Swanky Fish.

Strictly a case of neighbor envy :)

If your next door neighbor IRL got a free Rolls Royce and you also could have had one if you went to the Rolls store giving them away earlier....

We all want what others have if we cant get it anymore. :)

Case in point! The Mapple store!! Was available to iOS users but not Android users.

I believe it was the first limited item released and the one item a number of completionists missed out on because it was released early on in the game and most of us weren't playing yet. I'm not a completionists but I like it as it is a good looking decoration.
