[EA confirmed] Major Bug with % Premium Items. DONT BUY THEM - THEY DONT WORK!
Hmmmm....now that I think about it, I have the same problem.

I noticed this yesterday also. I have almost all the premium items and when a 500$ job was completed, I only received an additional 15$. My math skills aren't great, but 17 percent of 500$ should be more than 15$.
