I have an open ticket with them that I haven't heard back about in 12 days now. It was escalated twice and I kind of forgot about it. Life kept getting in the way. I'd bet that's what they were banking on. I should probably shoot them another message to make sure they didn't forget about me. Hopefully my "specialist" also is a Simpsons fan with a sense of humor.
