Yes, you are right...guess thats the way to go.... but if you clear certain gold prizes, easter baskets replace them. So you will eventually get 400 eggs (common, uncommon) for 500 gold eggs occasion...

I thought it might make sense to crank through the common color prizes first - stock up on those and THEN worry about the uncommon color.
Since the exchange rate loses you 50% eggs (ie, you trade 100 common for 50 uncommon), this seems like it'd mean you'd get through the common prizes quickest and then could worry about the rest...
