Without playing? No, im afraid not. Youll have to play ( zap, grow carrots & visit friends ) to get eggs and baskets. There really is no other way.

The only tip I can think of besides the obvious zap, grow carrots, set character tasks & visit friends (as eliansukke180 said), is to use Witch Marge to speed up the carrots. (if you have her)
