Egyptian Willie doesn't collect? But Cavelady Booberella does?

Come on EA. Half joking here. But after unlocking Egypt Willie, I'd like him to stay in that form for collecting. Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if Skinner will stay in Egypt form after ...

of course they will. I'm pretty sure its a skin isn't it? Or are they separate characters? o_o I know Caveman Moe is separate from Moe which is sort of weird.
