Never really contributed to your guides before, but I'll give it a shot with what I've noticed. In regards to obols, it seems you randomly earn them from tapping feral monsters (1 at a time) and from sending the kids trick or treating, you don't seem to get any from neighbour visits, but you do get 5 films for the first 90 actions. You can also get obols from levelling up the MAG. Crafting is just like the Sci Fi event, every obol you spend goes towards the next level, or you can level up instantly for a certain amount. I don't know the maths for levelling up crafting so I won't attempt to guess in case I mislead some people. That's about all I can think of so far.
