Event won’t start

I’ve been trying to get the event to start but nothing seems to work. Milhouse, Martin, Bart, Homer, etc are all free and the quest is still not starting. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, signing out and back in, everything. Anybody else having this problem/know how to fix it?
