I haven't got a clue. Am guessing that if it says already built it would mean you can only have one. Lpn would be able to shed some light. Tbh I think it's daft that you are unable to have more out.

They were at one point non-unique and then EA decided to make them Unique so now many people have tons in their inventory and can no longer place them
