I haven't got a clue. Am guessing that if it says already built it would mean you can only have one. Lpn would be able to shed some light. Tbh I think it's daft that you are unable to have more out.

It wasn't a glitch, but it screwed people who bought multiples. Just don't nuke your town. That is the old way of redesigning your town.
