Fat Tony
I'm confused. Did you never build the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club? Fat Tony unlocks with that. (Not associated with it like most characters, just unlocks with it. Much like Rod and Todd unlock with the mini golf course.)

- So I took your advice and used the call me function on EA Help. Literally 10 seconds went by after I hit submit and the phone rang. I explained I was missing Fat Tony....that's all I said. They added him to my game after checking out my account and bada bing......Fat Tony. Thanks for the help everyone!!!!
