I'm super lost.

What are pins?

How to get bottle caps?

I'm earning ribbons and not sure how to earn either of those items.

You get pins by tapping Fatov when he appears. It will tell you when he's in your town and you can find him easily through one of the tasks in your task book.

The only task in my task book is to unlock a tent with a Lisa skin near it. So I'm afraid I don't see the task. Does this help me earn ribbons too? Would like to finish that prize track.

It's a separate quest line that starts with Lisa once you've collected enough ribbons to unlock the Pin Stall

Yes he's playable and gets premium payout. Didn't believe it until I got him last night. But it was a bit random since I often don't get awarded the last unique pin to complete the set.

He's not exactly hard to find. If you tap on his icon in the task book it takes you right too him. Easiest. Prize. Ever.

Thanks! Annoying that it's not a solo one hour task though.

I like fatov. It was just a quickish joke in the Simpsons, but it was actually pretty clever of Bart to come up with it and con that guy that conned Lisa, and it was nice of Bart to help his sister. I never would have guessed it would be a playable character, but I'm all for premium characters for free! And there's plenty of other characters we have in the game that I like a lot less.
