Fiesta Terrace buy or not to buy?
I'm trying to decide if I want it or not. I like buildings with characters but at the same time I hate characters that annoy me lol. Decisions decisions... Thoughts?

Building is a little on the big side, having trouble finding a good spot for it. But its a great deal, very rare to get a % on a building.
