Fiesta Terrace buy or not to buy?
I'm trying to decide if I want it or not. I like buildings with characters but at the same time I hate characters that annoy me lol. Decisions decisions... Thoughts?

Personally I thought it was a bit too big and kind of gaudy looking. I put it in my Brazilian section of town and it fits perfectly. No regrets in buying it.
