It's an in-store App update first; so the files can be downloaded onto your device. The event will automatically start at 10am EST (add or subtract hours depending upon your time zone).

It's normal for people to complain about something. I've been complaining about the Bart screen for the past 2 months, and EA doesn't even acknowledge it's a problem, so I will tell anybody and everybody that will listen to NOT buy any donuts. This is the only way to get their attention

It starts TOMORROW 23rd October at 2pm GMT which is 3pm BST in the UK. You can work out your time zone based on 2pm GMT.
