With already having a lard lad i thought i would just get a skin for it, but a new building nice, lots of content in this update :)

I am so happy to have two. I the new one will be great as part of my new Halloween section I am designing. While the old one can stay where it's at, filled with police cars in the parking lot
I am low on space at the moment. I also need to save up my cash for the next building.
