I did a quick search but couldn't find my answer. Now that the large Feral monsters are in our towns, requiring four taps to destroy, has the spawn rate changed?

In my town it seemed like the rate of the flying ones was reduced from the spawn rate of the scurrying ones. Now again, I'm seeing a further reduction in the spawn rate with the bullish ones.
