FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ISSUES GETTING THE HOSPITAL TO BUILD!! FIX FOUND!!!

As the event winds down, I finally get the go ahead to build my hospital, it just happened, I started building the mini-golf yesterday, built the turban store so whatever it just worked itself out. hopefully I will still be able to do dr, hibbert's stonecutter job, it's been in my task list since near the beginning of the event :/

Also want to add I did not nuke my town. I did store and unstore buildings, but that didn't do me any good, I just let the game take it's own course
