FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ISSUES GETTING THE HOSPITAL TO BUILD!! FIX FOUND!!!

If you go to the EA site and fill out the customer relations stuff, there is an option to have them call you directly. I had this issue with the hospital too and tried all the posted advice (nothing worked). I first tried the customer service site and filled out a text box describing my issue asking for them to email me. I didn't hear back after 24 hours (Im impatient), so I went back on line and clicked on a box asking for a phone call. EA called 2 minutes later. Fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, giving me the hospital in my inventory for free. Was great customer service. First time had that type of experience with an online game company.
