Free burning bush

back Story:

Long long time ago, I was having Homer clear a newly purchased lot and got a piece of debris that he ignored .

Longing at it closely I said this is a burning bush; I must have bought it by accident (This was before Confirm donuts).

Just the other day I got another one.

Checking my wife's new town, I can see a burning bush on the next plot of land she will buy.

I have not seen this covered before; is everyone getting a free burning bush or is it random?

There's a thread about it on here somewhere - one of the stickies in FAQ maybe?

In theory there's 3 of them in specific map squares, but I only had 2 of the 3 on my map. They were in the right squares though.
