Well I only started playing this January so I guess I'm kind of new but I am level 45 and have all premiums (since then) and all buildings/quests completed and all land and I visit several times a day...

I sent you a request from my second town (MonicaL91) which is a level 43 (or 44...I forget). I made that town during Easter and am on constantly, but if you only want level 45 I wouldn't be offended if you rejected my request. Or you can send me a request to my main town (MonicaL9...no 1) if you like :)
