Friend glitch?

I can't send invitations from my first generation iPad but it's ok to accept or send them from iPhone4
However sometimes it's impossible, not even to see pending invitations or list of friends - probably a glitch thanks to EA - in this case I wait a few hours and try again, and it might work. So wait: try - and so on
Good luck. I have sent you an invitation from my second town, this one is full.

    Thank you, Zozobras! Appreciate the input and assist, it is an iPhone 4S. Will keep an eye out for your incoming. We play main town on 2nd gen iPad and that works pretty darn well, but have noticed a few minor hangups here and there on the phone.

    Update - Assuming your invite was from the SD account, your invite did the trick. My outgoing returned also. Tried to accept the original and that person's town must be full because your invite worked perfectly. Thanks again for the help, neighboreeno!
