I think once you unlock the suicide booth it should unlock in the shop so your able to buy multiple to put in Springfield.

Also scruffy, zapp and kif

2. Brainslug NPC (runs around town and get on peoples heads)
3. Robot arms
4. Zapp
5. Golden bender skin

Scruffy tasks:
Tap scruffy for daily puzzles for more currency. In the end you if you completed them all you unlock kif. Scruffy becomes playable.
