Game Files Update: Lenny and Carl

Tapped out Facebook announced Lenny and Carl are "coming soon".

Apparently they won't, but Mt. Carlmore will.

From what I can see it looks like they might be in the level 27 character unlocks. Perhaps no donuts needed.
