Sometimes when this sort of error occurs you’ll see the “moderation” message. In other cases, your post just disappears into the ether with no message/feedback whatsoever. In either case, it’s not usually worth bugging the mods about so that they can eventually restore a post that’s probably no longer relevant to the thread in question.
