ghost bombs ripped me off

Bump, especially for those trying to get to 50,000.

There was a thread made about this a while back and it is why I, too, stopped using ghost bombs unless I know there are only a few ghosts in my town and I can't find them.

I noticed this yesterday. I'm not going to use anymore. I want to make it to 50,000!

I like to use the ghost bomb for only 1 or 2 ghosts- I like the effect of it going off.

Same problem here. It won't pop more than 20 ghosts for me. :evil: That is why I stick to the vacuum tool, when releasing ghosts from cemetaries, etc.

I tap my ghosts until I stop hearing that "shhhooopp" sound after each tap. I think the sound means it is spawning more. Then I bomb to get the rest. And after that I release my cemeteries and vacuum them up. Seems to work pretty well, so far.

I had the same, exact thing happen to me. Nice, huh?

Eff. I'm not using another ghost bomb!

If I may defend the ghost bombs, I have noticed, you have to note your total BEFORE you hit the bomb. This is how it seems to work: it adds off screen goo to your total instantly. The only ones that add to your total that you see are the ones you can see. I've been using the ghosts bombs every day and I note the total goo BEFORE I use the bomb and it has never ripped me off.
