Yes, as a player who has last year's Halloween items I have progressed quite nicely in this current Halloween event. I only sped up the initial Gypsy House building task and now I sit at 525ish goo. I haven't used 1 donut to speed my tasks along.I own the cemetery, pet cemetery, mausoleum, and the wailing wall. Having these items greatly increases your progress, if you are a new player then you are out of luck unless you want to spend some donuts to get these items.

I fully understand why you say this and I agree. However, I remember during Whacking Day were virtually everyone had a few "exclusive" egg trade buddies, and that worked great, but it cut down on some of the globalizing social aspects of the game by visiting and distributing to all your friends.

At this time, I do not want to add this to the tips, but if everyone agrees this is a good idea and wants me to (thinks I should), then at that time I will edit and add this

I will leave it up to the masses, or a Mod if they sticky this thread

Sorry, I will add this to the thread. You cannot place Gremlins until (1) you have collected some and (2) your friend's town has some to collect and has fewer than 10 Gremlins in their town. If both conditions are satisfied, once in a friend's town, you simply click on the top right corner of your screen to release a Gremlin
